Outpatient Treatment (OP)
Healthy Lives licensed professionals will develop a treatment plan that allows you to maintain your current life goals and responsibilities. Individual and Group sessions are scheduled in conjunction with your schedule.

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
Healthy Lives licensed professionals will provide group and individual sessions to meet this more intense level of care. Groups are held 4 days a week and individual sessions are held weekly. You will work with peers focused on recovery and collectively find success with addiction.

Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
This level of care is the most strict form of outpatient substance abuse treatment programs. Healthy Lives will provide substance abuse treatment to our clients 6-7 days a week. The sessions are developed to educate and motivate all clients to achieve success before transitioning to a lower level of care.

Residential (3.1)
Healthy Lives has multiple locations to provide residential level of care. Our locations are residential homes to make the process of stability and recovery a comfortable transition. All residents receive a medical evaluation and participate in activities on a daily basis to engage in a path to success.
